Many of our products involve custom fabrication (size, material, finish, and installation location vary by order). Product images on this site are representative; actual finished items may vary slightly due to the handmade/fabricated nature of signage products. Where a product requires custom specifications, we will confirm final details with you before production begins.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are the prices that apply to that order. Custom/large-format projects are quoted individually and may differ from any listed base price.
We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and, where offered at checkout, Cash on Delivery. Full payment (or the agreed advance for custom projects) is required before production/fabrication begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery and installation timelines vary by product complexity and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees - factors like custom fabrication complexity, site access, or weather (for outdoor installations) can affect actual completion dates. We will keep you informed of any material delays.

Any logos, brand assets, or design files you provide to us remain your property. Design concepts, renders, and fabrication techniques developed by Giocondo Creative Studio for your project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While we take care in fabrication and installation, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from signage downtime, delayed delivery, or third-party site conditions beyond our control (e.g. building structural issues, electrical supply problems on your premises).
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
